Jen Kling, an Indiana native, grew up attending camp, and liked it so much that she worked for a sailing camp for several summers in high school and college. Currently a graduate student in philosophy at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Jen enjoys returning to Boulder each summer to work with AO.

Jen began working with AO as a counselor in 2008, and returned in both 2009 and 2010 as a Program Director. She loves the fun morning songs, the great atmosphere, and, most importantly, the chance to introduce campers to different camp activities.

When she’s not listening to the amazing things kids say while on hikes, she enjoys fencing and hanging out with her dog, Cambridge.
